Position: Special Education Teacher
Location: Phnom Penh
Salary: From 1,200 

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
2. Utilize various teaching methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
3. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
4. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for each student.
5. Conduct assessments and track student progress to adjust instructional strategies as needed.
6. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in special education.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field.
2. Proven experience working with children with special needs.
3. Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and inclusive teaching strategies.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and build positive relationships with students and families.
6. Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
