We’re Hiring: Accounting & HR Officer (full time)
OrbRom Center is looking for a reliable and experienced Accounting and HR Officer to join our team in Phnom Penh (Olimpia City).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and manage daily bookkeeping
- Process payroll, NSSF, tax declarations, and staff benefits
- Handle recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and employee records. (Visa requirements and process, work permits, etc)
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and relevant ministries. (to possess a motorbike)
- Support administrative and operational needs of the center
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting and HR.
- Knowledge of Cambodian tax system and labor laws
- Proficiency in QuickBooks
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Strong communication in Khmer and basic English
