We’re Hiring: Accounting & HR Officer (full time)

OrbRom Center is looking for a reliable and experienced Accounting and HR Officer to join our team in Phnom Penh (Olimpia City).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and manage daily bookkeeping
  • Process payroll, NSSF, tax declarations, and staff benefits
  • Handle recruitment, contracts, onboarding, and employee records. (Visa requirements and process,  work permits, etc)
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and relevant ministries. (to possess a motorbike)
  • Support administrative and operational needs of the center

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in accounting and HR.
  • Knowledge of Cambodian tax system and labor laws
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized
  • Strong communication in Khmer and basic English
