Volunteers will play a crucial role in supporting our team and promoting inclusion for children with disabilities. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Supporting the Care of Children with Disabilities

• Assisting specialized educators and therapists in the daily care of children.
• Engaging in educational and play-based activities to enhance learning and development.
• Providing emotional and social support to the children under professional supervision.

2. Helping Professionals Develop Educational Activities

• Assisting in the design and execution of educational programs tailored to each child’s needs.
• Supporting the implementation of therapy and intervention strategies.
• Preparing learning materials and activities that promote skill-building and independence.

3. Supporting Awareness and Advocacy Efforts

• Helping to promote the work of OrbRom Center through online and offline campaigns.
• Assisting in social media content creation to raise awareness of inclusion and disability rights.
• Participating in community outreach and advocacy events to educate the public on inclusive practices.

We welcome passionate individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Degree in Special Education, Psychology, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or a related field;
• Experience working with children with disabilities (preferred but not mandatory);
• Fluency in English;
• Commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting the development of children with disabilities.

Note: One volunteer will be accepted per mission to ensure personalized training and a meaningful experience.
