Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
  • Use engaging, multi-sensory teaching methods tailored to each child’s strengths.
  • Create a structured, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaborate with therapists, parents, and support staff to ensure holistic development.
  • Track and report student progress while adapting strategies as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Degree in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
✅ Experience working with children with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities, or other special needs.
✅ Strong classroom management and adaptive teaching skills.
✅ Patience, empathy, and a passion for making a difference.
✅ Fluency in English (Khmer language skills are a plus!).
