Hands of Hope Community (HHC) is a Christian non-governmental organization in Cambodia dedicated to supporting children and youth with intellectual disabilities and autism. Founded by Chan Sarin in 2012, HHC provides inclusive education, vocational training, and family support through its Day Care of Love and other programs. In 2021, the Cambodian government recognized HHC’s contributions by converting it into a public institution, now known as Takhmao Special Needs Education High School . This transition ensures sustainable support for children with special needs in the Kandal province and beyond.
